Product Availability
Products are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but every so often there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. These costs are determined by the cart's subtotal (taxes not included).

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during our business hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. There are exceptions in the cases of national holidays where the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
In regards to a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the shipping address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
Surebonder will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted delivery window, then we recommend visiting the courier's website (e.g. USPS.com or UPS.com) and entering the tracking number that was sent within the shipping confirmation email. This will help determine the current status of the order. If you have lost or never received the tracking number please contact us via email at support@surebonder.com with your name and order number so that we can forward you the tracking information.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment. Customers will also receive an email when their order is labeled as “Out for Delivery” by the courier.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to the price of goods as displayed on the "Shipping" and "Payment" pages of the checkout process.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund and returns policy.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
Shipping address undeliverable/Return to sender
If an order has been returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refusal to accept delivery, then the stated shipping cost of the order will not be included in the refund. If your order was over $50.00 and qualified for free shipping, we will withhold $9.99 from the issued refund.
