Specifically made to work with all types of wood, ideally, for unfinished wood, it also works great with stained or painted wood surfaces as well as with other porous materials. Engineered from a natural tree rosin, these hot glue sticks grab between the wood grains, creating a stronger bond than the wood itself. With its fast dry time of 25 seconds, it makes a convenient solution to traditional liquid wood glues. Fully paintable, lightly sandable, creates a high-strength and water-resistant bond, can be used for indoor or outdoor applications. Surebonder’s wood hot glue sticks are standard full-size (7/16”, ½”, 0.43”) diameter x 4” long, are naturally tan in color, and include 12 glue sticks per bag. Surebonder glue sticks are proudly manufactured in Wauconda, Illinois, USA - with domestic and globally sourced materials. These glue sticks are non-toxic and conforms to ASTM D-4236.
